Types Of Flu A/B We Treat
- Influenza Type A
Most common and often most severe type. Responsible for most seasonal outbreaks.
- Influenza Type B
Generally milder but still causes significant illness, especially in children.
- Flu with secondary complication
Some flu cases develop into secondary infections such as ear infections or pneumonia.
- Flu-like illness (not flu)
Not all flu-like symptoms are influenza — test confirms whether flu virus is present.
