A provider checks your throat, ears, and nasal passages for signs of secondary infection.

Rapid flu or strep test performed on-site if symptoms suggest a bacterial or influenza cause.

Colds are viral — antibiotics don’t help. We focus on symptom relief and identify any secondary infection requiring medication.

When to Go to the Emergency Room Instead
Go to the nearest emergency room or call 911 if you or someone with you has:
- High fever above 103°F not responding to medication
- Severe difficulty breathing or wheezing
- Symptoms worsening significantly after day 7
- Stiff neck with fever
