Abdominal pain can have many causes. When clinical assessment indicates imaging is needed, on-site ultrasound at Reddy Urgent Care allows our providers to evaluate the liver, spleen, kidneys, bladder, and abdominal structures without sending you to a separate facility. Results are reviewed the same visit.

When to Go to the Emergency Room Instead
Go to the nearest emergency room or call 911 if you or someone with you has:
- Sudden severe abdominal pain (worst of your life)
- Rigid or board-like abdomen
- Suspected appendicitis (pain starting near navel moving to lower right with fever)
- Vomiting blood or blood in stool
If you are unsure, go to the ER. It is always better to be safe.
